You can request account closure anytime. If you have a zero balance and no pending transactions, we can close your account immediately. If you have funds in your aman account, we will first ask you to withdraw them. Once your account is closed, we delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (such as transaction logs for anti-money-laundering compliance).
Data retention periods
We retain account data (email, phone, address) for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years after closure (for regulatory compliance). KYC documents are retained for 3 years after account closure. Transaction records are kept for 7 years to comply with financial anti-money-laundering regulations. Game history is retained indefinitely while your account is active; you can request deletion if you close your account.
